OutreachAssistant is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool that helps you find leads and send connection requests and messages on your behalf.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your LinkedIn account and must comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• You must not use this service to send spam or harassing messages
• You must not use this service for illegal purposes
• You are responsible for the content of messages sent through the service

4. Acceptable Use

You may use OutreachAssistant only for legitimate business outreach purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

6. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

OutreachAssistant is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including any LinkedIn account restrictions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
